Chicago South Asian Film Festival is dedicated to fostering a diverse cinematic experience by promoting films that represent South Asian perspectives and by connecting audiences, emerging filmmakers and industry members.

The festival is held over a three-day period in late September at the Chicago Cultural Center and Columbia College Chicago. The programming includes film screenings, Q&A sessions with the artists, industry panel discussions, film making workshops, a film marketplace and cultural acts that promote emerging artists and fosters an environment of collaboration and trade within the entertainment industry. The festival is committed to providing a ground-breaking cinematic experience for filmmakers and moviegoers alike with the warmth and personal touch that is unique to Chicago.
