ARRI ALEXA WORKSHOP presented by ARRI, Fletcher Camera
The ARRI ALEXA camera has taken the television and feature film world by storm, and has advanced digital filmmaking to a new level. As part of this year's Chicago South Asian Film Festival, we have put together a half-day crash course on the ALEXA taught by Alexa's own Snehal Patel and Fred Molina, a technical representative from the company with additional training by Gary Adcock, image consultant for the TV Show PlayBoy Club which is filmed in Chicago on Alexa. The workshop will be an introduction to the camera and its capabilities focusing less on the technical side, and offering instructions that are more associated to creative use, so you can start working with it NOW! Workshops like this usually cost around $750-$1,500 for a weekend. As part of our gift to Chicago, this one will set you back just $50. This session has limited capacity (40 slots) and it is for artists that are SERIOUS about filmmaking. Be sure to reserve your spot now.
