Pedro
Synopsis:
Pedro, an unassuming, middle-aged electrician living in a remote village in the western ghats, gets entangled in an offense that he never intended to commit.
Despite the innocuous nature of his crime, the society at large renders it to be horrible, unparadoxable mistake and compels him to flee the village in sheer anxiety and mortal fear.
But the price he pays is bigger than imagined, for he is also forced to leave his family and a promising life behind and instead remain ostracized from the very village that he always referred to as home.
Life upturned overnight, will Pedro somehow manage to rekindle the faith in his friends and family to return home one day? Or do the surrounding social hierarchy and simmering communalism take precedence over his life?
