Kom, with hopes of obtaining a better life relocated to a nearby city with his wife Pori after a rainstorm swept through their village. The socio-economic inequalities of the society pushed them to the edge of their lives and Pori deciphered her inner vigor and frailty as she walked through an emotional voyage which took her through that profound transformation shattering her innocence and exposing her to society's dirtiest side in a way which was extremely ruthless.
