• Ticketing/Registration Coordinator
  This role supports the festival’s front-of-house and audience services operations, overseeing ticketing systems, box office activities, and registration processes to ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for patrons, guests, and partners.

• Ballot/Auditorium Coordinator
  Responsible for distributing and collecting audience ballots before and after screenings, ensuring accurate tallying and secure handling of feedback forms; supervising ushers to maintain orderly entry and exit; monitoring seating to uphold capacity and accessibility policies; performing light custodial duties between shows, including emptying trash, and resetting seats to presentation standards; reporting technical or safety issues to festival operations; and providing warm, professional assistance to patrons to foster a welcoming, polished festival experience.

• Q&A Moderator
  Guide the conversation between filmmakers, cast, and audience with poise and clarity, shaping a thoughtful, engaging post-screening experience. Prepare incisive questions that illuminate artistic choices, themes, and production challenges while remaining flexible to follow the flow of audience inquiry. They also manage time and logistics discreetly, enforce respectful exchange, and translate technical or cultural references for wider accessibility. The moderator’s role is to deepen viewers’ understanding and appreciation of the film while maintaining an elegant, inclusive atmosphere.

• Red Carpet Coordinator
  Responsibilities include coordinating talent schedules, managing guest lists, arranging photographer and media access, and ensuring all signage, step-and-repeat backdrops, and lighting meet brand standards. This role requires calm leadership under pressure, exceptional communication, and the ability to anticipate needs seamlessly guiding celebrity and filmmaker arrivals from arrival to interview to theatre seating while maintaining an elegant atmosphere that reflects the festival’s artistic and classy identity.

• General Festival Volunteers
  General Festival Volunteers are the backbone of the event, handling essential logistics from setup to breakdown: moving equipment and signage, assembling and disassembling staging and seating, organizing and labelling supplies, and ensuring vendor and screening areas are properly staged. They support smooth daily operations by replenishing materials, maintaining clear pathways, coordinating with production and venue staff, and troubleshooting small but time-sensitive issues as they arise. Reliable, efficient, and flexible, these volunteers keep the festival running on schedule and create the welcoming, polished environment our audiences and artists expect.
